AUTOSCOPY

Image
100 75 50 25 0 Autoscopy Project- For this project, I created 4 different versions. For the first version, I created it this way to express different personalities on different layers. When I am around people I feel like I have to adapt to their personality in order to feel comfortable. But when I am by myself I can be any personality I want.  Good Vs Bad. Devil Vs Angel. There is a good side and bad side of every person. Find your good side.

MULTIPLICITY

Image
The multiplicity project included creating 6 different versions of myself within the same picture. I thought it came out pretty interesting and was time consuming until I got the hang of it. I really like how it turned out but I learned a lot from this project with masks that I can use for the future.

ILLUSTRATOR FUN

Image
While I was working with illustrator, I played around with the tools to become familiar with the platform and decided to remake SpongeBob. I know it is not perfect but doing this made me familiar with the essential tools in illustrator so I can learn and complete other projects as well. I had fun making this and learned a lot about illustrator throughout the process!!!

BW PHOTO

Image
This is one of my favorite projects. I love the color palette I used for this project as well as the picture. For this project, we had to use a black and white photo and add color to it. I'm very happy with how these turned out.

POSTER

Image
For the poster project, I chose a picture and distorted it. I based it around sayings that I always say such as "go with the flow" and "never too late to change". I had fun with this project but next time I should play more with the three tier message in the poster, such as making it bigger and putting it on the body. I love the color palettes I used.

CALLIGRAM

Image
For this project, we had to make a calligram and use text for a self portrait. The text is snips from my letter to myself which is the background of the project. I like how this one turned out and how the words all come together to create my self portrait. It was tedious and time consuming to make sure the text fit properly everywhere. I spent 10 hours on this project and am satisfied with the final result.

LOGO

Image
For the logo project, I came up with 5 words that describe me and created logo sketches for each work. My mood boards were from Google which gave me inspiration. My 5 words included ambitious, friendly, focused, positive and innovative. My final logo incorporated the word "focused" and I made a target with the word "focused" on the arrow. After finishing the logo, I realized I liked the inverted logo a lot more because of the color choice and it stood out.
